PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 32-year-old mother of 3 consulted Dr Mariotti for a breast reductions. She was a 38 D-cup and didn’t necessarily want to go larger, or smaller, but wanted a perkier appearance with more upper pole fullness. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed 195 pounds.
PROCEDURE(S):
- Mastopexy (with reduction) and augmentation
- Silicone gel implants
OUTCOME: 1 year post op and she thrilled with the transformation. She feels more agile and her clothes fit better too!
