Scheduling a virtual evaluation is simple.
- Use the form on this page to contact us and one of our patient coordinators will reach out to you to find out more about your desires and coordinate a convenient appointment time.
- Upload photos of the area of concern using the portal below (please avoid including your face unless it is only photos of your face that you are uploading).
- Dr. Mariotti will review the photos and give a general outline of his recommendations.
- Our coordinator will send you those recommendations and schedule you for an in-office consultation.
