PATIENT BACKGROUND: This vivacious 60-something female is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 198 pounds at the time of her consult. She had lost over 100 pounds from her peak weight after she had a lap band. She was a 42 double D-cup and wished to go down to something in the C-cup range.
