Patient Background: This young man consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss reduction of his gynecomastia (aka male breast tissue). He is 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He had always been aware and self conscious of his condition from a young age. However, after surgery he has self confidence and has no problems taking his t-shirt off at the beach.
