Patient Background: This woman in her early 40’s had her original augmentation by another physician 2002. She suffered a capsular contracture and underwent a revision in 2003 with yet another one in 2010 by the original physician. Unfortunately, she recently suffered another capsular contracture and has now consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss a breast augmentation revision.
