Patient Background: This young man underwent a Lap Band surgery and subsequently lost approximately 135 pounds. He consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss body contouring following massive weight loss. He is 6 feet tall and now weighs 215 pounds. At his heaviest, he was 330 pounds. With that, he has developed some of the expectant skin excess seen with massive weight loss. What bothers him the most is the skin of his abdomen as well as his chest.
