PATIENT BACKGROUND: This woman in her late 40’s consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss body contouring surgery after massive weight loss. She lost over 100 pounds twice. The most recent was following a sleeve gastrectomy 9 years ago. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds.
