PATIENT BACKGROUND: This beautiful young mom consulted Dr. Mariotti for body contouring surgery. She has had two children. With those pregnancies, she has developed fullness of her hips and outer thighs as well as her bra roll area and upper arms which she found difficult to get rid of. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
PROCEDURES:
- Liposuction:
- Upper outer hips
- Outer thighs
- Upper arms
- Bra roll-including the lower back roll and wrapping a little bit around to the lateral chest wall
- Tummy tuck
OUTCOME: 3 months post op and she looks and feels fabulous. Her upper arms are tight, her bra roll is gone and her belly is flat.
