PATIENT SUMMARY: This 35-year-old female interested in breast surgery. She is currently a 34 A-cup, or B-cup, would like to go up to something in the C-cup range. She has had two children whom she breast-fed. She wants more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance. In addition to a breast augmentation, she had some questions about contouring her abdomen. She does not want a tummy tucks so Dr. Mariotti discussed liposuction to decrease the fullness she has in her abdomen.
PROCEDURE(S):
- Breast augmentation
- Liposuction of the outer thighs and inner thighs
OUTCOME:
3 months post op and her results could not be better. She is over the moon.
