As the first point of contact at MBody, Karen is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for wellness and aesthetics, she ensures smooth daily operations—from appointment scheduling and patient check-ins to answering questions about treatments and skincare services.

Karen’s goal is to support both our clients and clinical team by maintaining an organized, professional, and calming environment. She takes pride in helping each guest feel valued, informed, and excited about their self-care journey.

Outside of work, Karen is a proud mom and “gigi” who values family above all. She loves spending time outdoors—whether she’s biking, boating, skiing, or relaxing at the beach. Life balance is important to her, and she cherishes both quiet family moments and adventurous days in the sun. One of her dreams is to explore the beautiful coastlines of Italy, soaking in the culture, scenery, and maybe a little gelato with her loved ones.
