Melissa Barnachea Miranda, L.E.

Melissa started at Dr. Mariotti’s practice 10 years ago, helping patients schedule their cosmetic surgery consultations and educating them on what to expect throughout the process. She loved being part of those early transformations, and now she gets to continue that work in the spa. As a Licensed Esthetician, she enjoys creating personalized treatment plans and guiding patients through VISIA skin analyses to map out a clear path to their goals.

Part of her role as Clinical Support Esthetician is helping patients understand how different treatments work together. While she performs services like HydraFacials, VI Peels, and dermaplaning, she’s also knowledgeable in advanced modalities such as Sofwave, BBL and Moxi laser treatments, and microneedling with PRF. This allows her to create comprehensive plans that combine esthetic treatments with medical spa technologies to help patients reach their skin goals.

Outside of work, she’s happiest with her husband, four kids, and her husky. She loves baking (especially anything sweet!) and exploring local restaurants around the Bay Area with her family.
